 A Zapture Scan is a high-resolution, full-body 3D capture that produces a detailed digital model of you, your child, your family, or even your pet. This model is then turned into a high-quality 3D figurine and shipped directly to you. 

 The session takes less than 10 seconds. You simply step into the scanner, strike a pose, and the system instantly captures every angle. You'll receive a digital preview the same day. 

 Wear something you love! Solid colors, bright outfits, sports uniforms, cosplay, or anything with personality shows up beautifully. Avoid all-black outfits or shiny reflective clothing if possible. 

 Yes! Kids, adults, families, pets — anyone who can stay still for a few seconds can be scanned. Babies and wiggly toddlers may need two quick attempts (which is totally normal). 

 Typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. The figurines are printed at our high-quality production facility overseas (imported from China), carefully inspected, and shipped to your address. 

 If you need your figurine by a specific date, let me know before or during your session. I can check availability and do my best to accommodate. 

You pay only when you decide to order your figurine after seeing the digital preview. 

 Yes. Zapture 3D can set up at sports tournaments, birthday parties, corporate events, schools, gyms, and festivals. Portable mobile setups are available for special events. 

Because each figurine is custom-made, refunds are only available if there is a defect or shipping damage. If there's any issue, I’ll fix it — your satisfaction is guaranteed. 

 Simple poses with clear arm and leg separation work best. Examples: hands on hips, arms slightly out, holding sports gear, or fun expressive poses. I’ll guide you through it at your session.
